- Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of supply and installation of Solar power PV systems at Jinja Kalooli Primary School in Nansana Municipality.
- The Entity invites your sealed bids for the Supply and installation of Solar power PV systems at Jinja Kalooli Primary School in Nansana Municipality
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003
- You may obtain further information from the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Procurement and Disposal Unit Office First floor, Room B114 and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
- The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b). Bidders are advised to collect Bank Payment Registration Slips at the address in 8(a) below and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX; 200,000/= (Uganda Shillings, Two Hundred Thousand Only) VAT inclusive of any banks authorised to receive Non Tax Revenue fees on behalf of KCCA.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00 am Wednesday 5th October 2022. All bids must be accompanied with a Bid Security of Uganda Shillings Five Million (UGX 5,000,000) in form of a Bank guarantee from a recognized commercial bank in Uganda valid until 9th May 2023. BIDS MUST BE VALID UNTIL 27thFebruaryy 2023 Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) at 11:30 am Wednesday 5th October 2022.
- There shall be a pre–bid meeting on Friday, 16th September 2022 on site; Jinja Kalooli Primary School at 11:00am.
