Re-tender for the Procurement of land (Re-tender II)

1. Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of land as follows:

1. Lot 1: Land along the Northern Bypass corridor (from Naalya Roundabout to Sentema roundabout), under                                        
2. Lot 2:  Land along the Port Bell road corridor for a Lorry Park and Bus Depot under Procurement Reference number: KCCA/SUPLS/23-24/00057/2.

2. ​​KCCA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and is open to all bidders.
