Framework contract for the Procurement of media services and other related publicity services under of additional media services under lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 for a period of 18 months

1. Kampala Capital City Authority has allocated/ received funds to be used for the acquisition     of Framework contract for the Procurement of media services and other related publicity services under of additional media services under lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7.
2. The Kampala Capital City Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents via the Suppliers’ Portal of the Electronic Government Procurement
5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 150,000/= (Uganda Shillings, One Hundred Fifty Thousand Only). The method of payment will be via the Suppliers’ Portal of the Electronic Government Procurement System.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 10^th February, 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Uganda Shillings, One Million and Twenty Thousand (UGX; 1,020,000). Bids must be valid until 8^th  August, 2022.  Bid securities must be valid until 14^th September, 2022.
    Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened online.
7. There shall be a pre – bid meeting on 27^th January, 2022 at 10.00 am in PDU Room B112 located on Block B, 1^st floor.
8. Documents may be inspected via the Suppliers’ Portal of the Electronic Government Procurement
