Consultancy services for the establishment of a road safety unit at Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA)

The Government of the Republic of Uganda (GoU) has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Kampala City Roads Rehabilitation Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to make eligible payments under a contract for “Consultancy services for the establishment of a road safety unit at Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA)”.

The overall objective of the assignment is to prepare a comprehensive plan that when implemented, will lead to the formation of a self-sustaining road safety unit in the Directorate of Engineering and Technical Services at KCCA.
