Kampala District Land board Public Notice to tenants with ground rent arrears

In line with section 31 of the Land Act, Cap 227 as amended, the Kampala District Land Board (KDLB) informs the under listed tenants who have ground rent arrears in relation to plots of land that were leased to them, that they are in breach of their respective lease covenants.

They are required to show cause, within 14 days of receipt of this notice, as to why their tenancy should not be terminated on account of the said above breach.
