Stakeholders convened to deliberate on the Kampala Climate Change Action Strategy under the theme  "Changing Mindsets"

The Strategy aims to ensure the City's development path takes a low emission approach, builds resilience and maximises the co-benefits of efficiency, economic diversity and human wellbeing.

It builds on the ambitions of the strategic plan 2014—2016 to transform Kampala City into a Vibrant, Attractive and Sustainable City.
