Request of proposals for Procurement of consultancy firm to provide Financial Management Services to the KCCA-CDC Project

1. The KCCA has allocated funds through the Centre for Disease Control CDC) Project to improve health services in Kampala City Metropolitan area and part of the funds is to be used for the acquisition of Consultancy services for Procurement of consultancy firm to provide Financial Management Services to the KCCA-CDC Project.
2. The Entity invites your sealed proposals for the provision of the above consultancy services.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the method of shortlisting of consultants following Open Domestic Bidding contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 the PPDA (Procurement of Consultancy services) Regulations, 2014 and the procedures described in Part 1: Proposal Procedures.
4. You may obtain further information and inspect the proposal document at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days.           
5. The Request for Proposals document in English may be purchased by interested consultants upon the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 (Uganda Shillings, two hundred thousand only). Consultants will only be issued with the request for proposal documents upon presentation of an original receipt of payment.
6. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00am 18^th August 2023 accompanied by a Proposal Securing Declaration valid up to 21^st March 2024.  Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(a) at 11:30am on 18^th August 2023.
7. There shall be a pre – proposal meeting on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice (11:00am on 2^nd August 2023).
