Supply of oblique aerial photography and pictometry software

1. The Government of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Second Kampala Institutional and Infrastructure Development Project (KIIDP2), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for supply of oblique aerial photography and pictometry software. 
    
2. The Kampala Capital City Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of oblique aerial photography and pictometry software. 
    
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (“Procurement Guidelines”)( Jan 2011 revised July 2014), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
    
4.  Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Kampala Capital City Authority, Procurement & Disposal Unit and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
    
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Uganda shillings One hundred twenty thousand (Ugx 120,000/=) only or the equivalent in other freely convertible currency. Bidders are advised to collect Bank Payment Registration Slips at the address below and make payment to any of banks authorized to receive Non Tax Revenue fees on behalf of KCCA
    
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:30am 3^rd October 2017. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 3^rd October 2017 at 11:35am (Local Time)
    
7. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of Uganda Shilling; Ten million (Ugx 10,000,000/=) only or the equivalent other freely convertible currency
